- We use HEPA source-capture equipment on our chipping hammers and grinders, plus negative-air setups and pathway protection when needed. In occupied buildings we isolate the work zone, protect adjacent spaces, and leave the common areas clean.
- Is the substrate left install-ready for the new flooring?
- The written scope defines which thinset, adhesive, leveling compound, staples, tack strip, and nails will be removed. Have your flooring installer confirm substrate requirements and any additional preparation before setting an installation date.
- Do you handle asbestos or black mastic in older commercial buildings?
- We screen every commercial job for asbestos-containing materials and black mastic before demo. If we find suspect material, we stop and refer you to a licensed abatement contractor. We do not disturb ACM in-house.
